Together with American Kidney Fund, we developed the Me + C3G campaign to connect and provide support with those recently diagnosed with the rare kidney disease Complement 3 Glomerulopathy, or C3G.

While this campaign acknowledges the incurable nature of the disease, it focuses on how those with it can still live a fulfilling life through management and community support.
